Welcome! My name is Jess and ever since I was young, art and design have been a passion of mine. Fortunately, I have managed for it to become a part of my career.
I've had the pleasure of working alongside other creative thinkers, overcoming obstacles and enjoying the process of understanding others with empathy.

Experience
In my years of experience in product design, I have honed my skills in creating user-centered workflows and intuitive designs. Add it onto my five years of experience as an art educator, I have extensive experience in understanding people and making them happy.
Concept generation
With a mix of creativity, research, and iteration, I have worked on several teams in which concept generation is a part of our everyday.. By exploring diverse ideas, leveraging user insights, and collaborating with others can develop innovative and impactful solutions.
Storytelling
As my time as an educator, I got really great at storytelling. Great storytelling captivates audiences by creating an emotional connection, guiding them through a clear and compelling narrative. Successful storytellers understand their audience, structure their message with purpose, and use visuals or details to bring ideas to life.
Systems thinking
Understanding how different components, users, and environments interact within a larger ecosystem. By considering the broader impact of design decisions, I can create cohesive, scalable solutions that enhance usability and efficiency.
Organization
I strive to streamline workflows, allowing me to focus on solving problems rather than getting bogged down in chaos. My organization also ensures that all stakeholders are aligned, leading to smoother collaboration and faster iterations.
Collaboration & Communication
My bread & butter. Collaboration and communication ensures that ideas, feedback, and decisions are clearly documented, reducing misunderstandings and rework. It also fosters transparency and efficiency, keeping teams aligned and enabling smoother, more productive discussions.
Mentorship
In mentoring others, I work hard to provide clear guidance, track progress, and offer structured feedback, making the learning process more effective. I also ensure mentees receive consistent support, fostering their growth while maintaining productivity in design projects.
